The products offered on this page are intended for consumers goods, so the sales contract is made at the time the customer issues the express confirmation of the order. This contract is concluded within the legal framework established for Electronic Commerce by Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, considering Law 7/1996, of January 15, on trade management retail, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on general contracting conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the consumers and users defended and Law 3/2014, of March 27.
The contracting terms are the following:
• Characteristics of the products. The characteristics of the products offered on this site appear on the screen together with their visual identification.

VAT is included and this will be broken down later in the purchase process for all orders within the European Union. Prices for countries outside the EU will not include VAT.

Once the process has been completed, you will receive a confirmation of the purchase made.
If at the time of making the purchase we detect a typographical error in any of the prices that we show on our website, we will notify you as soon as possible. In the event that you are not satisfied with the final price, you will have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost to you.

SHIPMENT INFORMATION
Delivery times
International delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. All customers will be sent an order update with package tracking details.
Import duties outside the EU
Customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties at the time of delivery. One More Pedal is not responsible for import charges. Please, check your country’s customs rules and regulations before ordering.
All items from www.onemorepedal.com will be sent by courier service, properly packed and protected. At the time of shipment, you will be provided with a tracking number. For shipments outside the European Union, One More Pedal is not responsible for any customs expenses. These will be assumed by the buyer.
If the package is unsuccessfully attempted to be delivered to the recipient on two occasions, it will be the responsibility of the recipient to go to their corresponding delegation to pick up their package.
If upon receiving and opening the package you detect any damage to the product, you must notify us immediately (the same day of receipt), by sending us an email to info@onemorepedal.com, indicating the order reference. It will be essential that you attach photographs so that we can check the condition of the product.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt, to request a refund. The pickup costs will be borne by the customer, except for erroneous shipments or defective products.
To make such a return, the product must be in perfect condition, with all its original accessories and securely wrapped. That is: it must be in its original packaging and have an extra upper packaging that protects it from possible damage during the journey. Therefore, we recommend that you take your time packing the package, in the same way that we take it to send it to you.
You must take it to your nearest post office and send it, after paying the shipping costs, to the postal address that we will provide you via email.
Once we receive the merchandise, we will check its condition and, if it is in perfect condition, the amount will be refunded. In any case, the return of defective products and erroneous shipments will always be accepted, and we will be responsible for the shipping costs in that case.

GUARANTEE
The warranty for products sold by One More Pedal is for a period of two years from the date of delivery. It is provided and established by virtue of the regulations contained in current legislation, particularly, in the aforementioned Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, article 114 and following, a legal framework that aims to provide the consumer with different options to demand sanitation when the acquired good is not in accordance with the contract, giving him the option of demanding the repair or replacement of the good, unless one of these is impossible or disproportionate. If one of them is disproportionate compared to the other, the seller may choose the most convenient to his interests, provided that the consumer is not inconvenienced either. When the repair or replacement is not possible or is disproportionate, the consumer may demand a price reduction or termination of the contract.
During the six months following delivery, it will be presumed that the lack of conformity already existed at the time of delivery, when the lack of conformity is manifested after six months of delivery and in cases where the manufacturer of the product so considers it up to the buyer to prove that the good was non-compliant, all-in accordance with article 114 et seq. of the aforementioned Royal Legislative Decree.
The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months from when he became aware of it.

In these cases, both the repair costs and those incurred in pickup and shipping the product will be borne by the customer, all prior notice and acceptance of the budget.
